The YES Quest is an inner journey and an outer journey - an adventure into a wilderness environment and an intense three-week personal and career development experience. The goal is to explore the treasures within yourself, and to develop the confidence and commitment to fully express these in your life and work.

The YES Quest offers you the opportunity to:
  • Travel to an isolated wilderness location to join 15 - 20 other young people from around the world.
  • Explore personal potential and gain clarity about life direction and goals.
  • Prepare a 12 month action-plan to take the first steps towards those goals.
  • Gain the self-belief and confidence to commit to the 12 month action plan.
  • Receive follow-up mentor-support and peer-support during that 12 month period.
  • Share deeply with other young people in an atmosphere of trust, creativity, challenge and fun.
  • Identify and face your fears.
  • Recognize 'self-defeating' tendencies, and develop strategies to deal with them.
  • Develop key skills, such as leadership, teamwork, communication and project planning.
  • Enhance your understanding, respect and acceptance of people from different cultures, abilities and backgrounds.
  • Know how it feels to stand tall and clear - confident in who you are and what you can do.
